1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Items must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to reserve the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
